Return Policy

The staff of Ingwerson Farms strives to ensure customer satisfaction.  We make every effort to produce a quality product that will meet or exceed our customer’s expectations.  However, if you are not satisfied with the products purchased, we will refund your money or make an exchange within 15 days of the purchase date.  All returns will be processed promptly upon the return of the original item. 

We are careful in filling orders, however, if we make a mistake in filling your order, please accept our apology.  Contact us as soon as the error is identified.  We will make the necessary arrangements to correct the problem.
